Create Your Learner Data File

Click the white "Open Dataset Builder" button on the right panel. Drop your school Excel or PDF marksheet there to download your structured configuration file.

Open the KNEC Portal Extension

Download the extension ZIP, extract the folder, then open Chrome → Extensions (puzzle piece icon) → turn Developer mode ON → click Load unpacked → select the extracted folder. The CBA Score Validator icon will appear in your toolbar.

One-Click Auto Fill

Open the KNEC CBA portal, go to your class assessment mark-entry table, click the extension icon, select your teacher profile, upload your dataset JSON file, and click Auto-Fill. The extension types every score automatically!

💡 Privacy Note: Your student data stays on your computer. The extension and dataset builder run entirely in your browser — no scores are sent to any server or stored online.
