Digital Product Policy

Because O.J.O Techsquare provides digital content (PDF revision papers and online technical modules) that is accessible immediately upon purchase, we generally operate a No Refund policy once a download has been initiated or a course has been accessed.

Exceptions for Refunds

We will consider refund requests under the following specific circumstances:

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same unit twice due to a system error.
Technical Corruption: If the file downloaded is corrupted and our support team cannot provide a working version within 48 hours.
Wrong Content: If the content delivered is significantly different from the product description.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email ochiengjeff1000@gmail.com with your Transaction ID, Registered Email, and the reason for the request. All requests must be made within 2 days of the purchase date.
